A Visitor’s Haven offers you and your family a soothing place to stay that greatly rivals a cold, hard hospital chair or lonely hotel room while having to eat out three meals a day. Choose from our Master Suite with California king bed on the first floor, or one of the two upstairs bedrooms with queen beds.

We allow you the ability to customize your stay depending on your needs ~ rent as much or little as you need, for however long is necessary. A Visitor’s Haven offers affordable rent with an abundance of essentials and amenities. Introductory rates start as low as $99/night.

We offer three rental options, based on availability.  Please click Option boxes for detailed information.

  • Rent one bedroom

  • Share Common Area* with potentially a guest renting another bedroom;

  • Rent additional bedroom for visiting family member as needed, based on availability

*Common Area includes the spacious first floor ~ Great Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Half Bath, Laundry Room, and Peaceful Quaint Patio (see Gallery)

For a limited time only, introductory rate starts as low as $99/night.  Additional discounts are not applicable with this rate. 

NOTE:  From the beginning this home is always thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guest stays, because we care.  Likewise, for the safety and health of you and your loved ones, the Rent + Share Option is temporarily unavailable due to the high risk of sharing the home with potentially an unknown carrier of COVID-19.  However Option 2 and 3 are always available since A Visitor’s Haven is a safer place to stay during COVID-19 (unless already rented).      Please check with us anyway in the event Option 1 becomes available prior to our website update.

Important Rental Information:

  • Proof of medical treatment & location required to make reservation;
  • Introductory offer rates for a limited time, starting as low as $99/night;
  • Reimbursement for all unused nights upon early departure;
  • Additional bedrooms can be rented as needed based on availability;
  • No limit on length of stay. Discount rates for extended stays available but do not apply with any other special rates;
  • Absolutely No pets and No smoking of any substance in or outside A Visitor’s Haven home or anywhere on its outdoor property;
  • Full names, street addresses, phone numbers, and drivers licenses are required of each adult guest;
  • Payment with major credit cards only.
  • A Visitor’s Haven rules and contract need to be read and signed prior to receiving entrance codes.
  • All guests must read rules and procedures.
